Leaps in Leadership

Our Leaps in Leadership Program targets students from kindergarten to high school. By empowering students in K-12 to explore employment opportunities we easily educate, expose, and prepare them for employment. We target the career curiosity of students in different phases: 

  • Exposure to employers and companies through business and industry site visits and exploring the relationship to classroom subjects.

  • Provide shadowing opportunities with employer site visits so students can see first-hand what professionals do on the job. 

  • Escalating student engagement through apprenticeships, internships, employee shadowing, and part-time employment so students can gain practical skills and work experience in fields that could become their future career options after high school graduation.
